Election Day is November 6, 2018. When you vote, please look for the following question on your general election ballot.
RESOLVED, there should be raised an additional $198,000.00 for General Funds for 2018-2019 to provide four full-time municipal Police Officers to provide security at all four schools during the normal school day. The approval of these taxes will result in a permanent tax increase to the district’s tax levy.
On Election Day, voters will also vote to elect three Point Pleasant Borough Board of Education members to three-year terms.
If you cannot make the polls on Election Day, you may Vote by Mail. Click HERE for the Vote by Mail application. Once you apply for a Mail-In Ballot, you will not be permitted to vote by machine at your polling place in the same election. Vote By Mail applications must be received by the County Clerk no later than 7 days prior to the election.

To register in New Jersey, you must be:
- a United States citizen
- 18 years of age by the next election
- a resident of the county for 30 days prior to the election
The registration deadline is 21 days prior to election day
